What is Thousand Eyes?
ThousandEyes, now part of Cisco, is a network and internet performance monitoring platform that gives visibility into the networks you don't own — the internet, ISPs, cloud provider backbones, and SaaS applications — in addition to your own infrastructure.
It continuously runs synthetic tests from hundreds of vantage points around the world, mapping the exact path traffic takes and pinpointing whether a slowdown or outage originates in your network, a cloud provider, an ISP, or somewhere in between.
We use ThousandEyes to help clients troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues affecting cloud applications, SaaS tools, and remote workforces, and to proactively monitor the digital experience of their end users.
