When you fill out the contact or appointment forms on our Site, the following personal data is processed:

- Request content: The message you share and, where applicable, your preferred appointment date/time

4. Legal Basis and Collection Method
Your personal data is processed on the basis of KVKK Art. 5/2(c) (processing directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract) and Art. 5/2(f) (processing necessary for the Company's legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights). Where you tick the consent checkbox when submitting a form, processing is additionally based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).
Your personal data is collected through the contact and appointment forms on the Site, shared directly by you in electronic form.
5. Transfer, Retention, and Security
Information you submit through the forms is shared solely with the relevant staff of the Company, by email, for the purpose of evaluating your request. Your personal data is not shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing purposes except where legally required.
Your form submissions are retained for a reasonable period from the submission date for the purpose of resolving your request and meeting our burden of proof in potential disputes; at the end of this period, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized. We take the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data against unlawful access, processing, or disclosure.
6. Your Rights Under KVKK Article 11
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to the Company to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information about processing and its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7
- Request that corrections/deletions be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis
- Request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing
7. How to Apply
To exercise the rights above, you may submit a written request to [email protected] or to our Head Office (İçerenköy Mh. Topçu İbrahim Sk. Quick Tower No:8-10D, Ataşehir/İstanbul). Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days.
